Over the last two decades Paul has held senior exec management positions at organisations such as BT, Damovo and ZeroTouch. He, along with the management teams has successfully delivered several transformation agendas. In the process, fundamentally changing how these organisations go to market (commercially & operationally), creating shareholder value.

He has developed his own intellectual property around service design and has used that approach to win business from clients who were struggling to understand how to achieve additional business value from very complex environments.

He is passionate about social responsibilities (personal and corporate) and ensures his efforts benefit a range of charitable organisations.
