Alissa Seiple Chief Customer Officer


Alissa holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Indiana University, three master degrees in organizational management and organizational learning from George Washington University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Business at MIT.

Alissa is Calligo's Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for the company's customer success strategy and oversees the global Customer Success team. Before her current role, she was the CEO of Decisive Data, a data analytics consulting firm acquired by Calligo in Feburary 2021.

Alissa has over 20 years of experience building, leading and advising teams in the private and government sectors. In addition to private sector work, Alissa has served in the White House as a staff assistant in the Legal Counsel’s Office and at the Central Intelligence Agency. While at the CIA, she wrote an award-winning paper on creating a culture of innovation and was recognized by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) for her work on innovation and culture. She subsequently advised the office of the DNI as a consultant on technology platforms and initiatives such as moving to the cloud, information sharing and identity intelligence, and coordinated activities for the Intelligence Community Technology Integration Committee.

Passionate about organizational science, she has taught for Seattle Pacific University and Pepperdine University as an adjunct professor of organizational behaviour and leadership.
