We also maintain SOC 2 type 2 continuous service accreditations that allow us to serve specific local markets, including a history of being annually accepted onto the UK Government’s G-Cloud procurement framework, compliance with Cyber Essentials, a UK government security standard, and a longstanding accreditation with the Luxembourg financial services regulator, the CSSF, as a Professionel du Secteur Financier (PSF).

CloudCore has a global data centre network that covers 9 locations in 6 different jurisdictions. The selection of these jurisdictions is based on supporting clients’ data privacy, resilience, regulatory and latency requirements. CloudCore’s regions are not served locally by major cloud service providers, making it an ideal solution for those who require local data residency, especially as part of a hybrid strategy alongside Microsoft Azure and other providers.

Our cloud backup solution, built on CloudCore, offers automatic and scalable data backup to any data centre in their global network. They have simple pricing models and expert data restoration specialists, and their service supports industry regulatory requirements and data privacy obligations. The backup solution can be deployed alongside CloudCore or any third-party cloud or on-premise resources, with the cost of invocation resources included in monthly fees. Clients can set their own recovery point and time objectives, and retention and purging rules, to ensure compliance with industry regulations or internal policies.
