Victoria Marsh

Vicki is Calligo’s Chief People Officer and joined Calligo in January 2021.

Responsible for leading the global HR function, Vicki develops and drives the People strategy across the business. A Chartered Fellow at the CIPD, she has over 18 years’ experience in the private sector across different industries and holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management.

Her core focus is on delivering Calligo’s people objectives in a way that aligns with and supports the organisation’s vision and strategy, delivering long term value through employee engagement and talent management.

Vicki is also passionate about supporting employee wellbeing as well as equality, diversity and inclusion and actively leads initiatives across the organisation. She lives in the UK.
