Luxembourg, 19 December 2023 – As part of a wider strategic review, Calligo, a global leader in data transformation, has made the decision to sell its business interest in Luxembourg to focus its efforts on developing its position in the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland, Canada and USA.
As such it gives us immense pleasure to announce that Calligo (Luxembourg) PSF S.A. has been acquired by the CONVOTIS Group, a leader in business solutions, managed IT services, cloud solutions and digital platforms.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the acquisition, Jason Petrucci, Calligo’s COO, stated “Calligo has maintained its presence in Luxembourg since 2017, providing its CloudCore platform and managed IT services to both regulated and non-regulated businesses in Luxembourg. Effective as of 19th December 2023, CONVOTIS Group is the new 100% owner of Calligo (Luxembourg) PSF S.A.
